Questions
- How many guests can it handle?
- Any size you can seat at round tables and a head table. The sample has 32 guests; real weddings of 50 to 250 work the same way.
- What paper do I need?
- Plain letter paper for the chart and kitchen count; 65–110 lb cardstock for escort cards, place cards, invitations and menus; Avery 5160 or 8160 sheets for address labels. Print at 100% scale.
- Is my guest list uploaded anywhere?
- No. It stays in this browser. Use “Save event file” to keep a copy or move it to another computer.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes. Everything works free, with a studio mark on printouts. Pay $19 for Seating or $39 for the full Event Suite when you're ready to print clean pages.
