Your guest list stays with you

Guest names, parties, meals, addresses, gifts and seating are stored only in your browser's storage on your device. They are never uploaded to Kindly Seated. We cannot see, recover or delete them for you. “Save event file” downloads a copy to your device; it goes nowhere else.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's checkout page (or by Gumroad, for earlier purchases). We never see your card number. Stripe shares your email address and the purchase with us so we can issue and, if you ask, re-send your license key.

License keys

Your license key is stored in your browser so printing stays unlocked. When you enter a key, it is checked with the payment provider. If email delivery is turned on, your key is sent to the address you used at checkout through our email provider.

Fonts and hosting

Pages are served by Cloudflare, which counts page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no guest data). Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details like any web request. No advertising or cross-site tracking is used.
